Reservation procedure

Once you have selected your villa and dates, we will send you a villa rental agreement showing all details about your reservation, including: villa name & address, description, your contact information, check-in/out dates, number of bedrooms/number of people, payment terms including deposit and balance due dates and renting conditions.

This agreement must then be signed and returned to us by fax at (302) 295-6267. Your reservation will be confirmed only when rental agreement is signed and due payments are received by us according to the terms below.

> An immediate credit card deposit of 10% is required at reservation.

Then:

> Within 8 days of contract date, a deposit of 30% must be received by wire transfer. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your arrival date (90 days before arrival for stays during the Christmas and New Year holidays).

> If the reservation occurs 60 days or less before your arrival date, the billed amount must be received in full by wire transfer and within 8 days of contract date.

If payments are not received by due dates, your reservation will no longer be considered as confirmed and SUN DESTINATIONS LLC reserves the right to rebook the property; and all funds will be forfeited.

Cancellations or modifications

All modifications or cancellations must be received in writing.

> Deposits are not refundable. We strongly recommend to buy Travel Insurance (click here for details).

> Up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit may be applied to alternate dates when the villa is available (within one year of cancellation date, and only one reschedule is allowed).

> All funds will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival.

> No refunds will be issued for early departure.
