Les Ilets is a tiny enclave tucked away in the far corner of the beautiful St Jean Bay. All villas are comfortably furnished in traditional style, and have the convenience and luxury of their own fully equipped kitchens.

One-bedroom villas for couples, two and three bedrooms for friends and families - this ideal location offers privacy and seclusion whilst giving you the comfort and security of having your hosts nearby to take care of your every need.

BEACH VILLAS

Overlooking St. Jean Bay and set directly on St. Jean Beach, these 4 delightful beachfront villas are fantastically located, with your feet practically in the sand. You are also only 5 minutes away from the town centre and 2-3 minutes from the shops!

Each villa has covered terrace opening directly onto a grassy space and then immediately onto the beach. Sun loungers are provided for the exclusive use of the clients. Living/dining/kitchen are located on the first level while the bedroom and bath are located on the upper level. The villas have use of a large pool on the property, which is set amidst a lush tropical garden. Each villa is equipped with a radio, CD player, and safe. Maid service is daily, except for Sundays and Holidays.

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with Pool

Very comfortable sleeping accomodations with air conditioning, ensuite shower-room, and fans. Located on the top floor with twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king. The kitchen is well equipped with barbecue grill, blender, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. The dining room is just off the kitchen with a picnic style table, and the living room is located on the lower level of the villa. It can be closed off and cooled from the AC villa of upper bedroom. The pool is shared with other villa guests at Les Ilets. The terrace faces the beach and surrounding gardens with teak table and chairs.

Up to one child is allowed in the villa, with extra beds being provided for those children up to 12 years in age.

OCEAN VIEW GARDEN VILLAS

There are seven air-conditioned villas located within the complex of Les Ilets de la Plage. Each villa rises up the slope from the beach and is surrounded by a profusion of lush tropical flowers and palm trees. All have either views of tropical gardens or St. Jean Bay, with St. Jean beach just seconds away. There is also a shared community pool -- a great spot for meeting your neighbours, exchanging cocktail invitations, or just soaking up the sun and tranquillity. All villas include amenities such as cassette radio, safe, and direct dial telephone. Maid service is daily, except Sundays and Holidays. A superb location at the edge of St. Jean Beach, with the town and shops only a mere five minutes away!

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with Pool

Bedroom inculdes a Queen Size Bed, as well as an ensuite shower-room, and air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with a blender, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator/freezer. The dining room has a teak table with chairs and the living room, which extends out to the terrace, has a very comfortable sofa area. The pool is shared with other guests at Les Ilets.

Children are welcome in the villa, and an extra bed can be provided for children up to 12 years in age. There maybe a supplement for the extra bed.

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath with Pool

The Main bedroom has a French bed (smaller than a queen bed), ensuite shower-room and air conditioning. The second bedroom bedroom includes 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king, as well as an ensuite shower-room. The kitchen is well-equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer and toaster. Extra amenities include a TV and VCR. The dining room has a picnic-style table and the living room, which opens out to the terrace, has a very comfortable sofa area. The pool is shared with other guests at Les Ilets.

Children are welcome in the villa, and an extra bed can be provided for children up to 12 years in age. There maybe a supplement for the extra bed.

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath with Pool

The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size bed with Air Conditioning and Ensuite Shower-Room. The second and third bedrooms both have a French size double bed and share a bathroom. The third bedroom also has air conditioning. The kitchen is well-equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and toaster. Extra amenities include a CD Player. The dining room has a picnic-style table and is combined with the living room. The pool is shared with other guests at Les Ilets.

Children are welcome in the villa, and an extra bed can be provided for children up to 12 years in age. There maybe a supplement for the extra bed.

We can organise anything from a gastronomic feast of French or Creole specialities from your favourite restaurant or traiteur, to the delivery of fresh baguettes, pain au chocolat and delicious pastries straight from the boulangerie to your door every morning.

Too tired to shop on the day you arrive? Don't waste your precious time queuing at the store. Send us your shopping list before you leave home and everything will be ready for your arrival. Wine, champagne or planters punch will be on ice and waiting for you! We are dedicated to making your vacation as relaxing and as enjoyable as possible. You only have to ask, we are here to help!
