How to make a reservation?

We suggest that you make a pre-selection of minimum 2 villas (or more) and complete the "Villa reservation form".
We will then contact you with a clear proposition including quote and availabilities.

Once you confirm this proposition, we will issue a rental agreement showing all details about your reservation
(villa amenities, dates, rates, rental conditions, payment terms..). At this time a deposit is required according to
our payment schedule (see booking terms here).

Rate conditions

All rates indicated are in USD (except for a few exceptions where the rates are in Euros) for 7 nights.
Additional nights are available at 1/7th of the weekly rate. Your villa rental can begin on any day of the week.

The minimum stay is 7 nights except for the Christmas-New Year holidays where a 10 to 14 night minimum
charge is applicable (from December 20th to January 5th).

Rates include meet & greet service, escort to the villa upon arrival, maid service (except holidays and
Sundays), household linen, water, electricity, local phone calls. Rates don't include baggage transfer to
the villa, personal items laundry, long distance phone calls.

All rates are subject to a St Barths accomodation tax of 5% and an administrative fee of 10%.

Some villas are available at a lower rate when one or more bedrooms are not used.
(For example, a 3-bedroom villa may be available at a 2-bedroom rate). The unused bedroom(s) will be
locked and won't be available to any other renters.
